1. Purpose and scope of application
These general conditions regulate the contractual relationship between CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. and the user who makes a purchase through the website. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products
The products offered are earthenware and glassware items from inherited national production stock, with no prior commercial use. Each piece is described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the stock, some pieces may show marks from storage or the passage of time — small chips, color variations, or original imperfections. This does not constitute a defect. Images are for guidance only; slight color variations may exist depending on the device's screen.
3. Prices and payment methods
The indicated prices include applicable VAT. CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although orders already confirmed will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made using the following methods:
- Credit or debit card, via Stripe, a secure payment platform. The customer's bank details are not stored by CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. at any time.
- Bizum, using the number associated with the CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. account.
- Bank transfer, to the details that will be provided during the purchase process. The order will not be processed until payment receipt is confirmed.
4. Shipping
We ship to Spain and European Union countries. Shipping times and costs are detailed during the purchase process before confirming the order. CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations (RDL 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us at info@cristalantiguo.com before the deadline. Products must be returned in perfect condition and with their original, unopened packaging. CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation to the refund if the product shows damage, signs of use, or is missing its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product has a defect or error attributable to CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L.
Once the return is received and verified, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
6. Warranties
Products are subject to the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Spanish and European consumer protection regulations. In case of a defective product, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at info@cristalantiguo.com.
7. Data protection
Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed by CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. as the data controller, for the purpose of managing the order and the commercial relationship. Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or to transport and payment providers strictly necessary to execute the order.
The customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and others provided for in the GDPR by contacting info@cristalantiguo.com.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, design) is the property of CRISTAL ANTIGUO S.L. or its legitimate owners. Its total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Murcia, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
