Orders ship within 10 business days of purchase confirmation.

Shipping to peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal has a fixed cost of €10, free for orders over €200. If you are in another European Union country, shipping is €20, free for orders over €400.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it to us, no questions asked. The product must be in perfect condition and with the original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless there was an error on our part with the shipment.

We sell old stock; some pieces have been stored for decades. They may show signs of age, small chips, or imperfections from use or storage. This is not a defect; it is part of their character. Therefore, we ask that you handle them with care from the moment you receive them: they are fragile pieces.
