'Cristal Antiguo' is a family legacy that dates back four generations. Juan Bohajar Baró, a municipal police officer from Murcia, began selling pottery, glassware, and household goods in markets at the beginning of the last century to support his eleven children. About ten years later (1925), his son Antonio Bohajar López began an apprenticeship at a distribution warehouse in Murcia that belonged to several ceramic factories from Manises (Valencia), the D. Nicolás David Aviñó Deposit-Warehouse. After the company's dissolution, the business was transferred to Antonio and became consolidated as the family business.

In 1984, Juan Antonio (third generation) inherited a store and warehouses completely filled with antique merchandise. These warehouses remained closed until a few years ago, when an incident prompted them to organize and catalog several thousand pieces, thus initiating the 'Cristal Antiguo' project, in which the next generation, with Juan Bohajar, is now participating, continuing to lovingly shape and give a home to all these accessible collection treasures.

The particularity of this entire collection is that it is household goods that have never been used; many products are in their original packaging, which makes them unique objects accessible to anyone. Each piece in this collection is limited, and once the stock is gone, each item will have found its new home, fulfilling the mission of 'Cristal Antiguo' that brings us here today.
